''As a Property Manager, it is my role to manage blocks of flats and estates across Yorkshire and manage any day-to-day maintenance issues. We had water ingress in a top floor flat of one of our apartments; we attempted to reseal the window, which we thought was the issue though, this did not fix the problem; we then knew there was a wider issue with the roof.
